Rates and Insurance
LoveMath Couples Session Rates
$300.00 per 50-minute session. $2,500.00 for 10 sessions.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if you have what is considered a 'medical necessity', meaning you have a mental health disorder considered severe enough to interfere with your daily functioning.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Sliding scale or reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. The minimum pay is $200 per a 50 min session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
Cash, check, Zelle or Venmo are accepted for payment.
